Since japanese maples like a slightly acid soil, can I use a acidorganic fertilizer to feed them in the sping? - japanese maples cindy morgan

Our pH is in the middle and I'll change my maple fertilizer to slightly acidic pH.

I recommend using an acid organic fertilizer ... If you do not you want to look at hollytone brand ESPOMA. It is excellent for all types of garden plants. As always follow the label instructions, if you will follow you no problems. Hollytone is twice a year, once in spring and fall, a slow.

If you can not find a desired product, you can use a soil acidifier, such as iron sulfate, aluminum sulfate, magnesium sulfate or Sulpher garden to help increase the pH and the general use of organic manure. Again, you follow the instructions on the label. All of these extras that I mentioned, of course, in the soil, but can not "suitable".

Rustybone behind this ... Infact, I do not know where it goes ... But Reynwater and the reaction of others to give good advice (not always agree with her, but) an allusion to the present.

He tried to send e-mail, but not allowed!
Buy "bricks dry peat moss and then add the fertilizer to half of them, stirring. Drip Spread this outside line.
Although organic fertilizers can burn the roots and do it that way, you get the slightly acidic peat and no possibility of root burn.
