no ... my stomach is that many people ... not because you just ate ... I think you something that is your show. Even if you are drinking soda when you eat the swelling mainly because all the carbine ... So try to drink tea or lemonade when you eat instead of soda.

It seems like you could have an intolerance to certain foods. There is injured in your belly or feel uncomfortable after eating? You can also have an intolerance to wheat, or even at one end of celiac disease may suffer an intolerance to gluten.

If your metabolism is slow, could be what they are, of course, but it might have hypothyroidism. I think the best thing to do is talk to your doctor about it, and it will take you through deductions AProcess when one of those things.

Eat slowly and make sure to chew well. Try not to eat large meals, I was in the case of non-food for centuries after eating tons of really swollen. So many very small pieces to eat trhoughout day. I also think that, if I eat lots of carbohydrates late at night I feel blown ... I always drink green tea and jasmine tea after a meal, green tea is so good to get rid of bloating.
